The food served at the school is sattvic, meaning balanced and specifically for yogis. Dishes contain mostly seasonal foods, fruits, dairy products, nuts, seeds, oils, ripe vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and non-meat based proteins. No onion, garlic or mushrooms are used. You will feel satisfied and nourished after each meal.
We have a first aid kit and basic medical supplies on site. For any further medical attention needed, there are medical professionals near the school as well as a local hospital around 3 km away.
Rooms have two single beds and one bathroom. They can be shared with a roommate, or for an additional cost you can stay alone.
The school is open and welcoming to everyone, regardless of their experience with yoga. Our teachers can accommodate all levels.
